Will Writing Services

A will is one of the most important legal documents you will ever produce, and is the only way to ensure that your wishes are carried out and your estate is divided in the way that you choose.

We know that thinking about producing a will can be worrying, especially as making sure that everything is correct and accounted for is essential. That’s why we walk you through the process. We have the expertise and experience to ensure that all the paperwork is in order, all your wishes are covered and you know exactly what is happening, every step of the way.

Depending on your circumstances, you may wish to consider other services. We offer a full estate planning service to cover most situations and will discuss the options available to suit your needs.

We’re upfront about our prices (see our price list for details) because we know that it is stressful enough to worry about planning for death without having to consider hidden fees.

    Wonderful testimonial received this morning:
    "Dear Jo and Abbotts Staff,
I would like to thank you all for dealing with our later mother's estate in a professional manner, especially when you all had to deal with some difficulties. I know it has been very trying at times for you all but I would like to thank you all again for being tolerant and patient. It has been a pleasure meeting and I will always recommend your firm to anyone I know who might need your services"
    Yours Sincerely
